Make your own chocolate


Do you want your strategy conference, your marketing session or another important meeting to be remembered for sure? Then close the event with a visit to Praliné Scherrer.


Entrepreneur Vittoria Hengartner will personally welcome you and your team at the production site of Praliné Scherrer in Goldach, near the town of St. Gallen and the Lake of Constance. She will introduce you and your team into the world of cacao and chocolate. And then, everyone will become active and produce, decorate and pack 100 grams of chocolate.


Of course, a tasting session will complete the chocolate workshop.


The chocolate workshop designed for groups of ten to a maximum of twenty people lasts around 1,5 to 2 hours and can take place from Monday to Thursday from 4 pm. Chocolate for Christmas and Easter

Well before Christmas and Easter, the team of Praliné Scherrer remembers the traditional recipes for the festive season. Moulds as well as meshes, tapes and packaging are ready for extra production.


Just before the festive days, Vittoria Hengartner opens a Christmas and Easter exhibition on the first floor of Praliné Scherrer. In the time-honoured room, which once housed a café, it is glittering and gleaming quite seductively before Christmas. Before Easter, chocolate rabbits and chocolate eggs in springtime ambiance are waiting for everyone with a sweet tooth.
